We are responsible for the features that are advertised on our website. So we will do the following:
– Solve bugs if there is any (bug means if any feature is not working as it should according to the plan selected by the client)
– If you have any question we will answer it.
– After your installation or deployment, if you face any issues/bugs, we can look into it.
– For any additional feature, you can contact us and we will evaluate the extra cost if your request is not referring to any pricing plan.
It depends exclusively on the service and pricing plan selected.
The payment is one-time. If there is any new feature you would like to add, depending on your selected plan, you will or not be charged.
